Who are we?

We have been designing, building and marketing websites since 2005.  Since our first website we have seen so many changes to what can be achieved on-line.  

We are here to help you and guide you through the maze of jargon and the variety of options available when creating a whole new website or getting your existing one to work better for you.

We believe at all times in being open, honest and putting you, our customer first.

We work on the basis that it takes less time to do things right than to find excuses as to why it was done wrong.

How we design & build websites

With over 19 years experience in designing, building, developing and marketing websites we have a tried and tested method of completing all our website projects.

Discovery & scope

Step 1

Understanding the challenges and how the project will solve them. We’ll research your current situation, looking at customer challenges, internal challenges, priorities and requirements to really get an understanding of your business.

Website Design

Step 2

Pen to paper time, as we start to layout the pages of your website. At Newedge all our websites are designed and built from scratch.  Unlike many other agencies we don't use templates.  We make sure that the design is custom to your needs, your branding, your market and your goals. We will begin with your home page.  Generating your own web link for you to review.  Once you are happy with the home page we will create individual designs for all your inner pages. Once you have approved the designs we’ll start turning them into a clickable website.

Website Development & Testing

Step 3

At this stage we will code up the websites functionality, which will be built on your own content management system (CMS). We will thoroughly test all the code throughout the process to ensure it works perfectly and stands up to security best practise. Once we have completed the build we will create a staging version of your new website to testing across all operating systems and mobile platforms.

Content Loading & Training

Step 4

Now the website is ready we will complete the process of adding all your content and images as well as ensuring any custom modules are fully set up and ready for the live environment.

Go Live

Step 5

Once we have completed our final testing we will hand the website over to you for approval and set a final go live date to switch on your new website.  The whole process from start to finish is very much controlled by you. 

Digital Marketing, Support & Maintenance

Step 6

Once your website is live we shall continue to support you and your on-line business.  We will be on hand to help to ensure your website is working exactly as expected and meeting all your online expectations.

Tammy is responsible for all social media marketing for our customers as well as first point of contact for our customers.

Website Developer

Liam is our highly experienced Website Developer with vast experience of Magento, Silverstripe and Wordpress. He is responsible for all website development and support work.

Jason

Graphic Designer

Jason is our Graphic Designer and is responsible for all our website design work.

Content Marketing

Brittany is our content expert and looks after content and blog marketing for Newedge.
