It was crucial for Landex that they had total control over the search function to ensure that the UX matched the expectations of both the candidates and the members. Owing to the sometimes technical nature of the vacancies, Landex needed to know that at all times the UX was going to be simple, easy and of course accurate. Full admin control & full control over all search filters.
